Postage and packing:  We charge £3.95 for postage to mainland UK.  For orders over £50 postage and packing is free.  For orders to places further afield it's worth phoning us on 0800 389 3597 and getting a quote on delivery. 

Orders are delivered in plain wrapping.

Delivery:  We aim to deliver your order within 3 days of receipt.  Most orders arrive sooner than this as we usually use a next-day delivery service or first class post.  Please contact us if you have any special delivery instructions.

Security:  Payments are handled by Worldpay so you can be sure that your payment details remain secure.

VAT:  Most items on this site are made specifically for people affected by incontinence.  No VAT is payable on these items. 

Other items may have VAT applied to them.  You qualify for VAT exemption if you have a long-standing medical condition. In this case just mark one of the boxes next to the declaration in the checkout.  Then you won't be charged VAT.  There is a reminder about this in the description of relevant items. 

Guarantee & Returns:  Arelle only selects high quality products.  We have made every effort to ensure that the items are accurately described.  In addition to your satutory rights, if the quality of an item fails to meet your expectations we will replace it or give you a full refund subject to the following conditions;  Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original wrapper.  For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened packs of disposable products.
